The International Broadcasting Union , often referred as IBU is a union of broadcasters from fifty-nine different countries across Europe, North Africa and the Caucasus Area with its headquarters located in Cologne, Germany. Every country that is member of the IBU, is allowed to take part in the International Music Festival.
